Our Executive Team
Pete Bridgman, Chief Executive Officer
Pete Bridgman joined Affordable Care in 2024. Pete is a veteran consumer healthcare and retail executive, having served most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Visionworks, the sixth largest optical retailer in the U.S., and as Chief Network Officer of VSP Vision, the second largest U.S. vision care company. Pete previously served as President of Pearle Vision and President of LensCrafters – both brands under EssilorLuxottica, the world's largest vision care company.
Cindy Klein, Chief Administrative Officer
Cindy Klein joined Affordable Care in 2019. Prior to joining Affordable Care, Cindy served at Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Information Officer for United Surgical Partners International (USPI), which operates one of the nation’s most successful ambulatory surgical networks. Her career has been focused in the healthcare space with 20 years’ experience in health systems and practice management. Cindy is an active community volunteer and civic leader.
Nate Kring, Chief Operating Officer
Nate Kring joined Affordable Care in 2025. As a senior-level transformation and operations executive, Nate has delivered on bringing structure to chaos, defining frameworks that optimize systems and processes, and leading large-scale projects and transformation initiatives. Nate's experience spans health care, retail, manufacturing and the military. He has served at the Fortune #1 and #4, as well as smaller, privately held organizations. Nate earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
Todd Wyatt, Chief Financial Officer
Todd Wyatt joined Affordable Care in 2024. Todd comes to Affordable Care with a deep business acumen, proven track record of driving improvements in productivity and financial discipline, along with strong change leadership experience in public and PE-backed life sciences and facilities-based healthcare companies including Summit Behavioral Healthcare, Conifer Health Solutions, Acelity, and Kinetic Concepts Inc. Todd earned his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
